Mark-Costello's mobile and stationary Shredders are
rugged and dependable providing high production rates
with minimum maintenance and downtime.
Throughput capacities range from 1500 to 2000 auto tires
or 300 to 400 truck tires an hour for 2" rough shreds.
Further reduction to 2" and 1" chips is accomplished
with the addition of a classifier.
This combination of reduction equipment is composed of a
low speed, mid-size shredder, and a high speed knife
hog. The shredder reduces rubber scrap into uniform
strips and the hog reduces it to a crumb or powder.
