Mark-Costello's 225 Series
Compactors

Side-Mount Power Unit
 In addition to the
CYCON System, the 225SS features Mark-Costello's new Side-Mounted Power Unit,
the first in the industry. The side-mounted power unit offers the convenience
and ease-of-maintenance of a remote power pack with the space savings of an
integrated power pack. The new configuration eliminates ALL electrical
components from the inside of the compactor and provides an operator accessible
Reset Button for the Motor Starter to eliminate entry into the control box.
Ram Guide System
 The packing ram is supported by
specially formulated cast iron shoes which ride on
replaceable wear strips. This exclusive design protects
the charge box floor from the full force of the packing
ram, extending its life and dramatically reducing
compaction-robbing friction .
