Mark-Costello's line of Chainbelt Conveyors is a combination belt that has a chain edged conveyor belt. They are used for medium to high volume applications and feature heavy duty construction, shipped in 2 sections for fast and easy installation, and are fully guarded on 3 sides.

B Class Chainbelt Conveyors

used for used for medium volume (5 to 10 tons/hour) baler feed and MRF line feed applications up to 5 ft. wide. These conveyors are ideal for a variety of baler feed applications.

A Class Chainbelt Conveyors

can be used for medium-high volume (12 to 20 tons/hour) for heavier duty applications, long pits, and up to 6 ft. wide belts.

Strong 4" pitch millchain (WR124)
7.5 to 15 hp motors
330# 3 ply rubber belt
Tapered roller bearings
Pit covers.
Variable speed controls.

Applications: Large Side-Eject balers, Large Open-end Auto-Tie balers, Two-Ram balers, MRF sorting line feeds, etc.

AR Class Chainbelt Conveyors

for high volume (20 to 30 tons/hour), heavy-duty applications, very long pits, and up to 7 ft. wide belts. These conveyors are ideal for a variety of applications such as large open-end Auto-Tie balers, large Two-Ram balers, mixed waste lines, and MRF sorting line feeds.

Features Include:		Chainbelt Conveyors can be fitted with other optional equipment such as binwalls and sorting platforms. The AR Class are ideal for applications where a long pit is required.
